All the reservations are subject to our standard terms and conditions as outlined here and agreed by the Client after signing the agreement with the Company before any trekking departure.
Booking a Trip
If you book any program with (company name) like Trekking, Tours, sightseeing tour, Expeditions, and other adventure tour programs, then your booking confirmation will be sent by us via invoice or email. Your booking is accepted with all the charges and offers, which will be valid on the same date you pick. Before your booking is confirmed and a agreement comes into action, the Company reserves the right to increase or decrease brochure prices. Please note that the (Company name) Treks Company would not be liable to any warranty, security agreement, prior agreement, description of services, or conditions after the date is over.
Risk & Liabilities
We will be there to make your trip more memorable as you expected, but we have to follow the strict rule under their policies and Tourism Authority of government. Our Company shall not be responsible for any kind of changes or refunds of the program due to sudden government restriction, natural calamities, nation violence, or any kind of health injuries. So we suggest to everyone to have full knowledge of our services and protocols before booking. And it is best to have full insurance against medical and personal accidents.
Confirming your booking
After you book for the trip/Adventure/Camp/sightseeing/other adventure programs, we will notify you as soon as we receive your receipt. All your bookings will be confirmed via mail and invoice services.
If any changes to your booking or want to add more details or want to update any information after you book, then please mail us or directly contact us via phone call.
The change in the program happens many often. This is not a new thing, but the services cannot be refunded if that is not processed. There is no control over natural calamities like a landslide, avalanche, bad weather, thick snowfall, altitude sickness, or other sudden problems.
We provide the best price advice for our clients, which makes them more comfortable, but some time domestic flight fare and local fares are keep on changing due to price hike or scarcity. But we will try our best not make our clients face all that stuffs.
Services missed or unused
There is no guarantee to cover all the services because of some changes on the plan and other interrupts, then our Company will not be responsible for the refund, or there is no right to bargain over missed services which we cannot make happen.
Tour canceled by the Company
We pray for your best experience with our team for that we work hard to make that happen. But our Company (Company name) reserves the right to cancel any travel, including a guaranteed trip, before departure due to reasons beyond its control (i.e. natural disasters, cancelation of flights, impacts of strikes, industrial action, conflicts, unrest, illness, quarantine, government intervention, weather conditions, or other unforeseen events).
Passport and Visas
All customers/clients should have a valid passport that is valid for at least six months from the date of return. Nepalese visas can be obtained from your country's Nepalese Consulate or from Kathmandu Airport upon arrival.
For taking part in one of our holidays, you must be covered by satisfactory insurance for the full length of your journey. The insurance must include provisions for medical expenses, accident, death, and repatriation costs, evacuation of the aircraft, or cancelation and curtailment. In the case of an emergency medical rescue or evacuation from a flight, the responsibility for covering these costs rests with the customer either by foot, helicopter, or otherwise.
After our clients completed the reservation process, then it will our full responsibility to protect your personal information. You can freely trust us for your privacy.
The weather is only 40% predictable on the high Himalayas, so please note that there is always wild weather on the mountain area. Bad weather may cause delays in domestic flights in mountain regions. The company name will meet departure city lodging and food costs prior to your travel in the event of delayed domestic flights. Nevertheless, in the case of delayed return flights, the passenger is responsible for all additional costs, including the cost of food and lodging.
While we step to adventure trips on the Himalayas, then many of these trip destinations are remote areas within underdeveloped locations, where the events are harder to predict. Many of the places we visit do not have the same quality of emergency health and safety services in the developed world as you are used to. External flights can be delayed, road transport is generally uncomfortable and inefficient, and the expectations of the West are often not met by hotels.
