Rapid Everest Base Camp Trek is a plan targeting Trekkers and adventure lovers who have a short time but would still like to reach Everest Base camp. The treckking route offers you views of the highest peak in the world Mt. Everest (8848 m) and other attractions like Kala Patthar (5,545 m), Mt. Lhotse (8516 m), Mount Cho- you (8201 m), Mt. Makalu (8463 m), Khumbu glacier, beautiful Sherpa culture, world highest national park and more. 

As well as known beautiful Sherpa villages and Sagarmatha National Park are some of the attractions of this trekking. Trek passes the natural environment of many endangered wild animals that includes red panda, snow leopard, and musk deer. The exclusive experience of Sherpa cultures, mountain scenery, alpine forest, rivers and more. The trek begins with a 25 to 32-minute gorgeous flight to Tenzing Hillary airport at Lukla in the Khumbu region. Trek route passes the Sherpa settlements, pine forest, Sagarmatha National park and Namche Bazaar (Market place of Khumbu). Visiting the oldest and biggest Monastery at Tyanboche opportunity to experience Buddhism.

Through the alpine landscape becomes rockier as the trail reaches above the tree line on moraines to Gorakshep via Lobuche. Trekking to Everest Base Camp over the Khumbu glacier moraines is challenging but gives the great experience ever in a lifetime. Spend a night at Gorekshep the next day early in the morning hike to Kala Patthar, the highest point of the hiking which has the most wonderful view of Mt. Everest and panoramic mountains views will stay in your memory forever. You will repeat the same trail back to the Lukla airport. The next morning flight will bring you back to Kathmandu. Itinerary

Upon your arrival at the airport of Kathmandu, our representative receives you and transfer to the hotel in Thamel within B/B plan. After you freshen up, the trek leader will give you information about further programs. In the evening, explore the bars, restaurants, and cafes in Thamel.

After having breakfast, we take an early morning flight to Lukla, where our real trek starts. During our flight to Lukla, we will come across many breathtaking views of mountains. After we reach Lukla, we will start our trek heading towards Pakhding, which will take around 4 hours. You will pass the beautiful stone wall, painted and non- painted mani walls along the way to Pakhding. 

On this day, we head towards Namche Bazar, one of the most beautiful destinations on our trek to Rapid Everest Base Camp. After crossing some ups and downs, we reach Sagarmatha National Park, where you will have proper access to the internet. After a short walk from there, we can have a clear view of Mount Everest. Ascending on the same path we finally reach Namche Bazar will get to see a different culture, natural beauty in Namche Bazar, and get various everyday facilities like the internet, Banks, cafes, and others since this place is the main gateway to Everest Region. 

After having breakfast, we start our journey to Tengboche Monastery/hill station. The trail goes leaving a cliff dropping down the Dudh Kosi river. From this place, you can have a panoramic view of Everest, Ama Dablam (6,812m), Lhotse, Tawoche (6,501m) and Nuptse (7855m) mountain. We pass through Trashinga, Phunki Tenga, and then reach Tengboche Monastery. Tengboche hill offers a fantastic view of sunrise and sunset at Everest combine with Ama Dablam at right.

Leaving Tyangboche hill at the backdrop, we descend passing through a rhododendron forest and reach Deboche. Deboche is a small village with a few nice lodges. We cross a suspension bridge at Imja River (commonly known as Khola in Nepali) and head towards Minlinggo before entering Imjatse Valley beneath the majestic peaks of Ama Dablam, Lhotse, and Nuptse. We ultimately reach Dingboche village, where we stay overnight.

After breakfast, we head towards Lobuche from Dingboche, which is at a distance of about five and a half hours regular walk. In the way, you will have fantastic views of Mount Ama Dablam, Mount Tawache, Mount Pokalde (5741m), Mount Kongma-Tse (5820m), and Mount Nuptse.

Having breakfast at Lobuche, we continue our trek to Everest Base Camp via Gorakshep. It is just a day hiking. Today is the most rewarding part of the complete Everest base camp trek. Our trail ascends through the rocky path and Khumbu glacier. You will have a fantastic view of Nuptse, Lho-La, and Khumbutse along the way. After visiting Everest Base Camp and we come back to Gorakshep.

To capture the fabulous morning view, the sunrays over the snow-capped Mt. Everest, Nuptse, Lhotse, and others, we head towards Kala Patthar at an altitude of 5550m. From Kala Patthar, we continue descending towards Dingboche via Lobuche and finally reach Pheriche. Upon entering Pheriche, you stay at the teahouse or lodge.

As the trail descends, walking will be more comfortable and faster. Following back the same path with stone walls around, passing by places like Deboche and Tengboche, we reach Phunke Tenga. We head downwards and cross a suspension bridge over the Dudh Koshi River before reaching Namche Bazaar. Views of peaks like Thamserku, Ama Dablam, Lhotse, and Tawache are amazing from here. Overnight, in a tea house or lodge where you get meals.

We continue walking downhill from Namche towards Monju. Following the same trail towards Lukla via Phakding and the same amazing views along with the Sherpa valleys around, we reach Lukla. We will walk around the Lukla and also reconfirm the flight ticket. Enjoying the very last moments of your Everest Base Camp Trek, have dinner together with the crew members. We stay in a hotel at night, where you will get meals on a full board basis.

We will take Lukla to Kathmandu flight that is around 30 to 40 minutes. You will meet the team of our company who will drop you to the hotel you stayed in before (unless changed). As this is the last day of yours in Nepal, we enjoy the farewell dinner in a typical Nepali restaurant, along with some with live music food rejoicing the success.

FAQs

You can get an On Arrival Visa at Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu upon arrival. If you are planning to get a visa from your country visit the Nepalese Embassy there. If you are traveling by land through India, then the visa is provided by the Immigration office at the border. You need to have a valid passport and passport-size photographs to complete the visa acquisition process. The visa fee varies according to your holidays in Nepal. For 14 days, $25 For 30 days, $40 For 60 days, $100

You need just to fill up the booking form. We will email the details after we receive a booking form. Minimum deposit amount, i.e. 25% of the total amount must be paid in advance within ten days of the booking confirmation for reservation of your pace in the team. The remaining balance must be paid before 30 days of the trip.

Our official guide will be in front of the arrival gate by showing the placard to pick you from the airport.

We will book a tourist standard hotel in Kathmandu with a comfort and luxury room. 24-hour hot water and wifi facilities will be available in the Hotel. The hotel can also be provided as per your requirements.

The bedrooms will have essential amenities and a shared toilet There will be no heating facility in the bedroom, but the dining hall will have a chimney heater. We will provide sleeping bags during a trek but you can bring yours as well.

You will get 3-4 showers during the trip. You can order the hot water, but only a few lodges would provide it. Due to extreme cold and snowy weather, you might not require taking a shower too often. Our guide will provide other instructions on maintaining personal hygiene.

You can have Chinese, American, Local Tibetan food, Indian and Nepali cuisine. You can choose to have either vegetarian or non-vegetarian food.

We will provide porters to carry your luggage, Every two trekkers for one porter. You will only be carrying your day backpack with valuable things. We will also provide you with luggage if you do not have one.

Most of the areas will not have an internet facility but will have a telephone facility. Our guides will also be carrying cell phones in case you need to reach out to someone.

All our guides speak good English and are licensed and certified by the Nepal government.

You will not have to pay the extra amount for a guide and porter. Your trek amount will include the salaries for a guide and porter but you can give some tips yourself.

We take from 2-20 persons in a group. If there is a larger group from the same organization, college, University, or family we can also manage for that. We also arrange a private trip according to the requirements.

You will need to be moderately fit for most of our treks. But for trips that take longer days and take higher altitudes like in any trek, you will need extra fitness. It all depends on the trip you choose.

If you have any emergency injuries or high altitude sickness it will cover any medical treatments, trip cancellation, or helicopter evacuation in case of emergency. Our government-trained guides will assist you in any emergency that arises during the trek.

The money will not be refunded even though the trip is not completed due to many reasons like weather conditions or other personal reasons.

Yes, it is safe to travel as a single woman traveler with us. We assure safety and security for the women traveling on their own. We take full responsibility for this matter.
