It is a day for the Kathmandu city tour. After having breakfast in the hotel, we head towards the world heritage sites in Kathmandu valley. First, we visit the pilgrimage sites of Hindus temple Pashupatinath. You can see saddhus and cremating bodies on the bank of Bagmati, Holy River. After exploring the surrounding, we move towards Boudhanath, another pilgrimage center for Buddhists. We take our lunch in Boudha and drive to Swayambhunath, also known as the monkey temple. And the final destination of the day will be Kathmandu Durbar Square to get a close view of the history and culture of ancient Nepal.

We leave Kathmandu early in the morning for a drive to Samari Banjyang. You will pass through the Trisuli Bazaar, a small but interesting traditional market that is used to be the hub of trekking in this region. The road becomes rough from Trisuli as we drive towards Samari Bhanjyang with the beautiful scenery of small gorges, green hills, and rice terraces. We check into the lodge and explore the place in leisure time.

Begin the trek along the gradual descent path and the ascent before traveling on farmland to reach our destination. You will be passing through several villages, a forest of pine and rhododendron, small streams, farming terraces, and numerous green hills. After walking for about six and a half hours, we reach Katunje Bazaar, which has a small market and offers the first glimpse of Ganesh Himal.

After having breakfast, we follow the trail that descends towards Lapsang Besi. Then we walk along the river bank until you reach Kintang Phedi.
